The Members Trust Federal Credit Union (MTFCU) Houston Branch is conveniently located at 2315 Mangum Road Houston TX 77092 just Southwest of Highway 290 and Loop 610 interchange.
The credit union originally was chartered as Houston Milk Producers Federal Credit Union in 1936. Its mission was to serve dairy farmers in Harris County, Texas, which at the time numbered approximately 440 dairy families. In the 60’s as the milk marketing cooperatives merged, the credit union expanded its territory. Throughout the 80’s and 90’s, the Credit Union grew and several other Credit Unions merged. In 2000, we changed our name to Members Trust of the Southwest Federal Credit Union, to more accurately reflect our diversified and growing field of membership.
During that time, we have grown into a thriving and respected full-service financial institution serving members and businesses throughout the Greater Houston and Heights areas. At Members Trust Federal Credit Union, our members always come first, and we believe in members helping members. As we’ve grown over the years, so have our facility needs. In 2016, Members Trust Federal Credit Union moved into a new office, conveniently located next door to our old location. This new branch provides greater member convenience with drive-thru access and a drive-up ATM, updated technology, and a warm and inviting lobby.
This beautiful, stand-alone branch offers all the in-person services you would expect including a variety of savings options, checking accounts, auto loans, mortgage loans, and personal loans and credit cards.
