ATTENTION – If you received an email or a letter asking you to update your proof of insurance with Members Trust – THIS IS NOT A SCAM.
You received the notice for one of the following reasons:
- Lienholder information is not correctly listed or has not been added.
- Deductible amount is higher than the allowed amount.
- Address that is listed is incorrect – This must be Members Trust of the SWFCU, PO Box 924294, Fort Worth, TX 76124.
- Member may have changed insurance companies and not provided update to MTFCU.
- We haven’t received an Insurance Declaration Page.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW
TO SUBMIT UPDATED INSURANCE INFORMATION.
Simply follow these steps:
- Go to the My Loan Insurance Website.
- If you receive notice from us requesting proof of insurance, just enter the reference number and PIN (Found in the top right corner of the letter you have received) and click BEGIN.
- If you have not received a letter, you can still select the CLICK HERE button to view or add proof of insurance.
- Follow the steps to update your insurance information.
We must always have the most recent information about your insurance. We are required to maintain valid proof of insurance on file during the term of your loan. If you fail to submit proof of insurance, we will be required to place collateral protection insurance on the property being financed.
You must respond to the letter received as soon as possible to avoid the collateral protection insurance.
